About Us
Esperanza is a beautiful working Equestrian farm and horse riding school on the banks of the Pienaars river.

You can take beautiful photos at the river, in the bush or at the stables. You also have the option to take photos with our friendly and cute farm animals. We have beautiful horses, cute and adorable donkeys and farm animals: cows, calves, sheep etc.
​
Our venue has a fantastic relaxed farm atmosphere. Here at our venue, you really have lots of options to choose from. You can have your wedding ceremony in the small piece of forest/wood next to the river, in the barn style stables for a real barn wedding, under the gazebo/shed for a real farm atmosphere, in the horses' lunging ring or an outdoor garden ceremony.

Interesting ceremony ideas: enter on horse back, or with the donkey cart.

For the reception you can choose to have it in our lovely barn style venue with lots of fairy lights, a woodland reception with fairy lights in the trees or a beautiful outdoor garden reception.

We are Pet friendly and you are very welcome to make your best friend part of your special day.

We can entertain your guests with horse rides, horse shoe tossing, learn to throw a cowboy lasso (roping), boeresport games, feed the animals or donkey cart rides.

Esperanza has lots to do for the kids and we can entertain them if your wedding includes children. We have cute ponies for pony rides, farm animals to feed, a jumping castle, waterslide, trampoline, small playground, kids tables and chairs, boeresport games, donkey cart rides, grooming the horse, learn to throw a cowboy lasso (roping), milking the cow??
Let our two cute donkeys entertain your guests by serving them drinks in buckets during the cocktail hour and/or let the donkeys carry picnic bundles in baskets for guests to enjoy a picnic on blankets and hay bales. This is very unique and your guests will love it!

We can provide live music while guests enjoy canapes during the cocktail hour at our lovely Snack Bar in a relaxed farm atmosphere.

You can hire our venue for weddings, year end and work functions, other functions, birthday parties, 21st parties, 18th and 16th birthday parties, Christmas parties, team building and children parties.

We organize your music for you. DJ, Live bands, singers (classical, rock, Afrikaans, Latin American, opera and lots more.

We have a lovely barn style venue with lots of fairy lights where you can create your own atmosphere. Whether it is a farm atmosphere, equestrian/cowboy/country western atmosphere, a woodland/forest atmosphere or a rustic atmosphere, we can do it for you! You can have your ceremony and/or reception in the barn, the bush, under the gazebo or at the venue.
We have beautiful barn style stables.
You are welcome to do your own catering.
Our caterers can also cater for you and work out a menu according to your budget.
We have braai facilities.
You are welcome to incorporate the horses in your wedding: The bride can come in on horseback, you can take photos with the horses and/or we can put the horses in the paddocks at the venue.
Guests can do horse rides and the children can do pony rides.
